I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at GXO Logistics (High Point, NC) in Jul 2021
Interview
The interview process went smoothly - I interviewed with the manager I would be reporting to first, then interviewed with 2 members of the team, and lastly I interviewed with the SVP of the department. I thought it was a bit strange that my recruiter never did a phone screen, but this took place when XPO was splitting off from GXO so the recruiting team was very busy. Overall the interviews were productive conversations, but I wish I could've sped up the process because it took 3 months from the time I applied to the time I was extended an offer.
