Interview
In an office with a chair by the door to seat you in. Inadequate competency based questions that do not test knowledge or allow you to demonstrate competence , wholly inadequate
I had two interviews, the second one in person. In the interviews, they talked about how great the staff perks were, including the travel discount. After the interview, they sent an automated rejection email with no feedback. I spent a lot of time preparing for the interviews and coming to the office for the in-person interview, but all I got was an automated rejection email.
The whole recruitment process was slow with little to no communication from the company. I was interviewed by two senior managers who were engaging and very knowledgeable, but that was almost two months ago and despite contacting the company on three occasions, I have not received any communication from the company.
