A GTN recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn and we scheduled an interview with the CFO but there was some craziness going on at the office and the CEO interviewed me instead. He kept talking over me, asked what my credit score was, asked me to spell some random words, cussed, and counted very loudly while I tried to solve some random math problems he gave me. He did not ask me a single question about my abilities. All of those are weird and rude. He was very open about it not being a "woke" office and proved it by making a joke about latinos which was not work appropriate but he did warn me. But the thing that really made me uncomfortable was when he made a comment on my appearance. For reference I'm a woman and he's old enough to be my dad. I told him I had a weird gap on my resume because I had gotten married recently and he literally said "you're husband is a very lucky man because you can get it" implying that I'm attractive enough to get any man so my husband is lucky I chose him. At another point in the interview he said "you should smile more". The whole thing was creepy and completely uncalled for. I would advice against any women working in any place where the CEO is like that...
