The process has been great! People are very nice and show that they really care. They gave ample time at the end to ask questions and just talk about their story.

Tough interview, MDs are extremely intense and push you to fully and clearly explain your past experiences. Didn't get any technical questions, though I think its because of my background, they just assumed I had the basics down.
