Applied and heard from the recruiter within 24 hours. I was told to submit my availability and then I would be emailed a confirmation. I had to follow up to receive a confirmation email. Once their internal recruiter called me (late) she asked me to tell her about my experience, I shared my experience and was met with silence, no engagement, no follow up questions about my experience. The last question she asked me is If I have experience with the platforms they used, I had some but not all. The one platform I didn't have experience in was an internal filling system (which is easy to trail). She ended the interview and said that they were looking for candidates that experience in all the platforms they use. They were not willing to train anyone. She also mentioned that I should be applying for an associate role - even though she knows nothing about the platforms and how they are used (she had to look it up during the interview).
I think it shows a lot about the leadership (or lack thereof) if they are not willing to train new hires on platforms. Every company uses different platforms based on their needs so there is always going to be a chance that a new hire used something different.
