It was horrible experience, in the first round the person in the panel has very little knowledge on the IT roles. He was not aware of Technical Lead responsibilities. He thinks technical lead means manager and don't know coding. I am not sure what are the responsibilities of Gspan technical leads, do they know coding or only manage the team???
