The position was hired by the outsourced HR company. For the interview, they basically rushed through six questions and the one who got the highest score got the next round of interview. It was quite a shock that they didn't even have a proper JD for this position when they approached candidates, and the whole interview was so rush. It honestly was not as I expected for such a global company.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at GSK (Brentford, England) in Jul 2019
Interview
Very pleasant experience initially. I was Interviewed by the prospective manager early July but received absolutely no feedback from Talent Acquisition despite calling, texting and emailing. Then come early August I discovered the position reposted on an external job board. This, i understand is now referred to as “Ghosting”, where the company never comes back to you. I expect this from agencies or much smaller companies and it’s even ‘excusable’ following an initial screening but after a 1:1 I find it damn right rude. I am particularly disappointed and surprised that GSK behaves in this manner. Such a shame.

Interview
The process is long and slow , while it is also difficult to reach out to the HRBP for follow-up . It also takes a long time to fill up a vacancy , so have to be patient
