Applied online, online tests, then a phone interview, followed by an assessment centre. There were 5 activities at the AC; group exercise, role play, presentation, interview and another group exercise. It was quite a tiring day, but there were a few breaks and food to help. The most disappointing aspect of the process was that they lied! At the end of the AC we were told we would be given feedback, but after several emails and calls there was absolutely no feedback. I wouldn't recommend you apply, because this is just another organisation that doesn't stick to its 'values'. Transparency was the complete opposite of what was portrayed during the recruitment process.
