Quick recruiter call, then a 1h hiring manager call following the STAR approach. All the details that would be expected were shared before the interview. The environment was friendly and very clear about the process.

Tell me a story that you had difficulty with a client? and some other technical questions
The interview was fairly standard with some questions based on technical skills and some questions based on competency behaviour. There were 2 interviews in total. One was with the hiring manager and the other one was with the director of the department.

Interview
There was an initial screening process followed by an interview that was based on technical skills and competency based questions. The interview was conducted by two managers in the team. Then there was a follow up with an introductory meeting the with director.
