The process was relatively straight forward, which made it less stressful at a time when I had University exams to worry about. Some of the assessments were fairly difficult so I would recommend not worrying too much about them.

Very long interview stages; have at least 2 interviews as well as a potential assessment day. A lot of graduates apply so there were quite a few applicants and the assessment day was competitive and done in sections.
