Interview
Long online tests which were immersive and based on a role with a lot of videos. Took a while but relatively simple. Quick response between each round, I think they started getting picky with the video interview. One about the role, four about your motivation.
It was a short 20 min interview basically around hygiene questions and my summer internship. The atmosphere was friendly and they seemed genuinely interested in listening to my answers. There was one business leader and one HR

The Assessment Centre was daunting but at the end of the day, I learnt a lot through the process and the vibes I got from the assessors was good. Seems like a very friendly environment to work in.
