Interview
The interview was fairly easy- they asked questions about myself (my hobbies, education, why I wanted to work there, etc.) and a few behavioural interview questions. There was one Skype interview with someone in the head office and I was hired on the spot. Following this, I had to sign up for a specific shift and then engage in a two-hour training session over google plus. It seems the interview is mostly to see that you are socially competent and enjoy talking to people, and that you have relevant customer service experience.

Explain a time you had a conflict with a customer.
Very detailed explain the job and what’s required and how you would fit basically. All and all very smooth process! First a phone call then a zoom interview and from there you’ll find out what they decide to do all and all about a week process!

Interview
First there is an online application followed by a phone screen. You will then be asked to do a video submission ,( you get 4 tries for each video ) you will be prompted with questions regarding the role/ position after that it took them about 2 weeks to get back to me about scheduling a video interview with HQ.

Very relaxed environment, management is most concerned with you being able to effectively approach people and have an outgoing, upbeat personality. Corporate headquarters is very nice and has a lot of young representatives.
