I applied online, the following day I had a phone interview, after the phone interview I was asked to attend an in person interview and a few days after I spoke with the owner of the company on the phone and was then sent an offer letter.

Very Vague and lack of details regarding the position. The interview was kind of rushed, but it is what it is. In addition, it was also rescheduled over and over again.
