I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at GMI
Interview
I had a standard phone interview with the recruiter, then a few days later a second phone interview with the Manager of Client Services and a Senior Account Manager. The second interview was relatively short, nothing too difficult. The in-person interview was with the Director of Sales, and the same Manager of Client Services from the 2nd phone interview. It was a casual and nice interview. The Sales Director was more into talking about himself than asking tough questions.

Question 1
How many incoming emails a day would you say is normal?
The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at GMI in Sept 2009
Interview
Human Resources department was amateurish and unprofessional, at least the person I dealt with. They were hard to get on phone or email. "Just text me" was the advice they gave me. Some conversations can't be done without real life one-to-one conversation. Also, my boss's boss failed to appear for an interview, which wasted a couple of hours as well as gas money that day. My boss was normal, though, although I wish he told me that he would be living within the month. It turned out that he disliked the same things I disliked, and went to a much better company in the same industry, but not without fighting with GMI over a non-compete first.
