Typical Interview process. Took a typing test and spoke with two customer service managers who asked my about myself and my experience. When I arrived I was first given the typing test and waiting for the face to face interview with department managers.

They send you a link to record a video interview to generic questions. You cannot hear your playback. The audio setup was horrible. I never got to hear an actual person.

Smooth and easy. Phone interview then in person interview next. Normal drug test. Few scenario questions but it’s nothing you haven’t been asked before from any other company. No need to stress.

Applied online then received a call for a phone interview. After the phone interview, they scheduled me for face to face interview. I was interviewed with 2 team leads and then that same day I was interviewed with another supervisor. After the interviews, I had to take a skill test.
