Fui contatada via LinkedIn para uma oportunidade e agendaram a primeira entrevista. A conversa foi positiva e, posteriormente, recebi um teste técnico para realizar, no qual investi dois dias de dedicação.
No dia seguinte ao envio do teste, recebi um e-mail solicitando meu currículo atualizado, que enviei prontamente. Contudo, desde então, já se passaram três meses sem qualquer retorno ou feedback por parte da empresa.
Dedicar dois dias a um teste técnico sem receber nenhuma resposta demonstra falta de consideração com o candidato.
