It was really great -- they were super nice and gave lots of insight into the role. 3 rounds, and met with people who I would report to and people who were more senior
Flew me out to ATX to meet the team and what not
HR screening, case studies with team lead, culture fit interview, then C-suite interview. People were nice case studies kinda threw me off but Expert Networking Companies are known for that. I could tell the workload would be insane. Respect for the employees.
4 step interview process along with case study and some technical tests. Huge emphasis on GLG knowledge. Fairly staight forward process. Quick as well. So all is good with the interview peocess
