Fair and simple. Didn’t take long and didn’t have to wait a long time. Had 2 interviews and one assessment. The assessment was ok, a couple of questions and you were asked to analyze a case study
I applied online. I interviewed at GLG in Mar 2015
Interview
Three interviews across different segments of the business. It was very straightforward, and everyone was very nice and interesting. After the initial phone interview, you are asked to complete a practice exercise, which takes about 1-2 hours. In the last interview, you review the exercise and explain your thought process.

Question 1
What do you know about GLG? What are three words used to describe you?
Relatively easy and quick process. There are a couple of interviews so you get exposure to a variety of leaders and employees and can hear multiple perspectives on the role. There is a case study in the process that gives you a taste of the actual work the employees do daily.
