The HR representative gave me a few moments to cool down after the long walk to the interview location. She kindly asked if I was ready, and once I confirmed, she proceeded to call the interviewer

Smooth and easy. Asked questions regarding my previous work and tried to listen and learn my requirements and abilities. The main question regarding sponsorship was handled very easily as they were ready to sponsor if the candidate was suitable.
