I applied through university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at GIC
Interview
Two rounds, deep diving into resume. question skill set and past experiences related to testing and QA. test plans and enthusiasm about the profile. Interview panel had around 6 people. Apart from the HR there were 5 people from the team it was quite intimidating to hold everyone attention and at the same time get your point through to everyone and answer all the questions, though not difficult but still stressful.
There was an assessment center then followed by 2 round of interviews with the team, then there was a fit round that was focused on whether the culture is something that works.
