I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at GIC (Singapore) in Jan 2025
Interview
HR screening process had a long back and forth without updates, thought I was dropped from recruitment process. Preferred more timely updates.
HR hiring team was not very clear about their benefits policy when asked during the interview stage. Not sure if gate keeping.

Question 1
Why do you want to join GIC?
How do you manage moments of stress and quick decision making?
Applied through LinkedIn and proceeded with two rounds of interview, with case study involved in the first round. No prior interview with HR but HR prepared me sufficiently for the interview on the job description.
The interview process is structured and professional, typically beginning with a brief recruiter screen to align on expectations. This is followed by a series of technical and behavioral rounds that dive deep into problem-solving capabilities and past experience. The panel interviews are particularly comprehensive, offering a chance to meet various team members and discuss day-to-day operations. While the process is rigorous and may include a practical assessment or case study, communication remains clear throughout, concluding with a final conversation with leadership focused on long-term goals and organizational fit
