- Round 1: Technical team - ~1hr (more of an introductory session) - Round 2: Technical team (more technical questions) and HR (questions about fitting in the team, i.e. personality) - 1.5hr - Round 3: Online tests: comprehension and personality tests - ~20-30min per test - HR proposes offer: Counteroffer, accept or reject
