GI Tagged interview questions

It is utterly bogus. The company has copied government procedure how they select IAS officers. This company has made that as GIAS. They conduct exams. Perspective employes fall for this thinking it's a government/ semi government body and come to give exam. In interview they do not clearly specify that they are a private organisation. They talk round about and pretending to be government body. Even the designation are like that, they have commissioner, additional commissioner, assistant Commissioner. This shows their illigal and corrupt nature as they know the fact that it's illegal to mislead people by pretending to be government body. But they still are doing it and the high point is the company is being chaired by an ex IAS officer. Such is the education and ethical level. They promise lot of pay rise, facilities, opportunities and exposure to the candidates, but in reality it's all fake. Salaries are very low..they appoint people at certain salary and then change the salary structure without proper information. They give no rise to employees as promised infact they exploited them. There are hardly any leaves and work culture is pathetic. One cannot leave on time.
