Interview
They showed a good enviroment and treatment towards the candidate. The role responsabilities and load are clear and they show the paths to grow within the company. The interviewer shows interest not only in the professional skills of the candidate but also the social abilities that promotes a good work environment.
Relatively simple and wasn't super formal. I had some tech issues but everyone was generous enough to allow me extra time to resolve them and re-enter the meeting.
Mine wasn't very technical.

Short and quick, with business leader and HR manager, less than 30 mins, asked about previous experience, questions also include personality and how to handle conflicts, it was an overall easy interview
