Deceptive Recruitment Standards – MLM Disguised as Legitimate Employment This company presents itself as a legitimate employer recruiting for real job opportunities, but the process quickly reveals itself to be an MLM-style operation. Candidates are expected to pay upfront for licensing, exams, and other costs before earning anything. After that, you are encouraged to sell primarily to friends and family, while receiving only a fraction of the profit. The recruitment process feels highly misleading and intentionally vague about the true nature of the work and compensation structure. There was also uncomfortable religious undertones. People applying for actual jobs should be aware that this is not traditional employment and involves significant personal financial risk with little realistic return.
