Interview
Very long, and over done. First was a phone screening, second on Teams, third was a group setting. They were quick with the reference request and sent the offer letter within a day.

Tell me about a time you had a conflict with a co-worker and how you resolved it.
They emailed the interview schedule with a phone number and password to call in for a 15 minutes interview. The interviewee was supposed to dial the number and then a code to join the interview. The interview questions were ridiculous.

The A-List process by Beth Smith. It was a long process but as an HR professional, this was the best process I have ever been a part of. It looks for the "FIT" and not a person that can do the j.o.b. The personal fit is just as important and many times missed. Perfection GERSTEL!
