Interview takes time even for process associate, higher level officers doesn't have value to what they speak, they don't give you your favourable timing which is mentioned in their JD, even if it's available, keep it as an option, as their interview process takes nearly a month. HR is good, but the problem are managers, they take interview and await you for results, also the company offers very low package, 3 rounds of interview is fixed, but you'll end up doing around 8-10 rounds as there managers are willing to take you in the other timing than offered in JD.
