Interview
The interview process started with a short phone interview. I was then brought into the facility and interviewed with 2 groups of individuals, the team I would be joining and a team of executive leaders. It was a great experience to get the opportunity to meet a handful of individuals at GEOTEK to get a feel for the company culture and what they value.

The team shared they were looking for someone who was the right fit for the role, the team, and the company. Many of their questions were behavioral based, how have I handled certain situations in the past. I felt the questions aimed to understand my current skills and personal qualities.
