A pretty extensive application needs to be prepared online. Later you get contacted by HR that invites you to an online call with HR and the person from the prospected department. Lastly the director of the department conducts the interview and makes, I believe, the final decision.

Question 1
Online application included an extensive fact check and question like "Why did you choose this employer" "What do you expect from your employer" "What values does the employer share". The interview was more focused on the work process, previous experiences and gathered knowledge.

Interview process structured into three steps: 1. Pre-screening by head hunter, 2. First interview with HR and hiring manager, 3. Assignment, 4. Second interview: final interview. Focus on abilities and competences. Personality traits seem important. Mentioned: other applicants reported psychometric testing.
