Initial HR screening and then multiple rounds of interviews, multiple writing assignments, and then additional interview rounds. All interviews were over the phone/video conferencing. Process took many weeks to go through.

Interview
I interviewed for multiple communications roles at Geico in 2024. The process was the longest I have experienced for any role and included 5 different steps including panel interviews, 1 on 1 interviews, work samples, and even a test assignment. After jumping through hoops and going through more than I ever have for any interview process ever, I received virtually no input on why I was not being selected even though I recieved extremly positive feedback on every interview and my work samples. Since I interviewed at Geico I've seen similar communications roles be reposted under slightly different names constantly. I fully believe Geico is interviewing for ghost jobs and not respecting people's time. Don't waste your time.
