I had a panel interview at Corporate Headquarters. They flew me in and put me up in an awesome hotel. The technical recruiter went above and beyond her call of duty. Everyone I met would have been great to work with, just received 2 other offers elsewhere.

Interview
There are couple rounds of designer interview and one design exercise (be sure to ask recruiter for any clarify questions).
The overall process took about 3-6 week depending on the time and schedule. Also design exercise timeframe is about 3-4 days (make sure they compensate it as some company offering that opportunity).
