I was first selected to interview over the phone. I spoke with a women who asked a lot of questions specific to being a manager. As a recent grad, I have not had many positions that gave me managerial responsibility so many of these questions were difficult to answer. I made it through the phone interview and was given an online recorded interview to complete. These questions were also geared towards past management experience.
