Interview
The interview process at Geico was about three steps and pretty thorough. You first have the phone call with the recruiter. Then the personality and multitasking tests. Lastly the interview with the recruiter and the higher up.

What would you do in a management role if someone was slacking off?
Everything was alright according to the predefined script sent to my email in advance. Also HR manager was cool about some of the misunderstandings I have made during the said interview. I rate it 10/10
It was a Quick phone screen with Human Resources. The representative Asked standard interview questions. Took me about 30 minutes. Received an email after with a decision after the interview.
Applied through handshake, phone interview about my interest, then I had a video interview with 4 members of management. Easy and quick process. All took about a week and a half. *If your applying for the internship make sure you tell them that you are interested in insurance even if your not and do your research on geico
