Difficult interview, many steps. First is interview with initial recruiter, then a role play process. Once you pass the role play there are a few more things that you have to complete before official hire.
Interview focused on STAR method and as long as you follow this the recruiter will be happy to give you an offer. Process consisted of phone initial phone interview , typing test , simulation of actual job , and manager interview over the phone

2 phone call interviews, 2 personality tests, the personality test is what they used to not offer a position. Did not explain why or what reasoning was used on these online personality tests.
