I applied online and was contacted within two days to set up a phone interview. The phone interview was very brief and consisted of basic questions ie. "Why do you want to work at Geico". Following the phone interview, a computer skills test and 1:1 interview were scheduled.
The skills test was not too difficult provided you listened to the directions carefully and followed the instructions. It simulates a call center. The 1:1 interview took place following the skills test. The questions focused on prior employment experiences with an emphasis on "how would you deal with...." scenarios. The interviewer gave her name very quickly and when I tried to follow up to confirm her name, she said she did not have a business card to give me.
I was told I would be contacted within 3-5 business for next steps. I received an email within three days informing me I was not selected. There was no contact information given for interview feedback or follow-up correspondence.
