Interview
Interview process was very fast and not hard. I applied online and received an email within the next day stating that someone from HR would be in contact with me. However, after waiting a few days I sent an email to HR inquiring of the status of my application and someone from HR contacted me by phone within the next few hours to set up a phone interview. The phone interview was really easy and lasted about 10-15 minutes. Mostly questions about my availability were asked. The HR recruiter then went over the position and asked if I was still interested. After I said yes, the recruiter set me up for my skills testing and told me that I had a possibility of interviewing on site if I passed. I immediately received an email from the recruiter confirming my skills testing once the phone interview was over. I went in for the skills testing a few days later and it consisted of a multitasking skills test and typing test which were both relatively easy. The key is focusing on accuracy. There were several other applicants taking the skills testing as well. After we were done, the test administrator informed those who did not pass that they could retake the test in 6 months. The remaining applicants including myself then proceeded on with our face-to-face interviews. My interviewer was very nice and asked basic customer service questions such as "tell me about a time when you dealt with a difficult customer," "name a time when you had to achieve a goal," "strengths/weakness" etc. At the end of the interview, I was given a simulation in which I had to pretend I was taking a billing call. All in all the interview lasted 20-30 minutes and once I was done I was offered the job contingent on a background check and drug testing.

Question 1
Nothing too difficult. Just focus on customer service. Also, read up on the company. That helps.

Interview
Batch interview process followed by some time listening in on calls with employees. Nothing difficult, really. I noticed a lot of the potentials were super uptight and felt like they had to be "business-y". Just be yourself and you'll stand out.
