Interview
After a week of originally applying, i had a phone interview. Which was pretty simple, expect they informed me they no longer have CSR positions available, but they have slots open for Sales Representative and ask me if that would be okay. I said of course, after running by what my schedule would be for training and post training if i do get the position, She told me they will call me back in 3 business days. 3rd day i got an email, advising me i didn't get the position

Question 1
How many times would your past employer would say you have been absent/late to work?
There are two rounds. The first round is virtual and they ask about your background and if you can handle the process. For the second-round, You will shadow someone for 20 minutes then proceed for a 40 minute interview. There are a lot of situational questions.

Interview
You first fill out an assessment test. The assessment test isn't difficult; there are a few parts to it. First is the reading tables section. It asks you a question about the table and based on that you pick one of the four answers. This part is timed so you want to pace yourself a little bit. The other part is picking the statement that describes you the best, then the second-best statement out of three statements. Overall, this did not take long.

Interview
Straight forward. There are 2 interviews, must pass 1st to get 2nd. 2nd interview is more detailed and is on site. 1st interview is via zoom. 2nd interview about 45 minutes to an hour
