Horrible experience! The assessment and phone interview extremely lengthy but not too bad. The face to face interview was horrible, 5 hours total. First they drill with same type questions and they throw in an office with a bunch of papers without explaining what you have to do. What a waste of time and whole day! Time to move on to a real insurance company as these guys at least here at the NY Woodbury location are a total joke!

Recently had interview with geico for adjuster trainee role. Was very bland. Had issues with hearing recruiter through video so she called me. Never heard back from her until almost 3 weeks later since I emailed and reached out. Then they sent me the Thank you for your time email. Cannot re apply with them for 6 months

Interview
I received a video interview invite. After submitting the video interview, I was scheduled for a phone interview. The phone interviewer asked similar questions as the virtual interview, asked preferences, employment history and reasons why I would be a great fit
