Interview
There are several steps... You apply online, computer testing, face to face, interview, role playing, shadowing, then another interview. They hire the best of the best, You need to be ready and quick on your feet. It is an awesome company to work for if you can get in. I will try again.
Initial interview, typing test to determine how fast you type and how accurate you are, role play on phone calls, final interview, y connecting with an employee while they take calls
Multitasking test...typing test which was in a noisy office you couldn't concentrate. Didn't get an interview with the managers....they told me to come back in 6 months and try it again....

Multi step process until got to person over the phone interview. First test was a about what would you do in situations . Second test was finding errors or the wrong thing to do.
