Interview
Interview questions were of leadership experience (i.e. clubs), and other basic interview questions. Interviewer asked me questions and then told me a little about the program throughout the interview. Be prepared to talk about what you know about Geico, and other positions you're applying to outside of Geico. I was also asked about grad school, and how long I see myself working at Geico (they want a specific answer).

Interview
1st interview was very casual. It did not last very long. Was just about my background and a little about my job history. I had not yet taken the caliper assessment and would recommend doing so before you interview. I did not place into a job at the location I was looking for, but placed into another that I had to decline due to distance.

Offer. Interview process is nerve racking but they make you feel easy. Be prepared for he questions.
Very lengthy interview process. Redundant and unrealistic questions for recent grads. Be prepared to go on a moment's notice and then stand around waiting for hours; making what was described as a few hour interview into almost an entire work day.
