Interview
Three screening interviews, followed by one presentation and a task-based interview. The final interview was in front of three members of staff (2 in marketing, 1 in revenue) and was followed by a Q+A.
I completed three interview stages, including an onsite meeting. While the interview questions were not particularly challenging, the process overall felt somewhat unstructured.
One key area for improvement is communication. After investing significant time, including attending an onsite interview, I only received a response after following up myself. A more proactive and professional approach to candidate communication would greatly improve the experience.
Based on my experience, I would expect a more organised and transparent process.
30 minutes with the CTO on zoom.
60 minutes face to face with CTO and Architect at their Paddington office.
Never received feedback for the interview.
Advice to candidates:
Expect to be ghosted unless you manage to land the job.
