Got notice 2 weeks before the interview. Had 5 interviews in one day with CMOs & Marketing Managers, HR. Approximately 1h per interview. Interviewers were looking for enthusiasm, "hungriness" for the job.. As well as communication skills and relocation willingness. Fairly standard behavioural interview (tell me about yourself, teamwork-related questions, communications questions, how did you handle a challenging situation)
