1st round was recruiter screen where they go over your resume and ask salary expectations and "why GE Healthcare?" 2nd round was more in depth resume. It was very casual

Interview
Started with 30 min initial interview then 3 one hour interviews with various members of the team. Nice people, good conversation. Scheduling 3 one hour interviews seems excessive for the role and I found myself repeating myself each time. Questions that were asked seemed made up on the spot and some of the interviewers should have had a clearer picture of what they were looking for in a candidate.
