Recruiter screen on the phone, technical phone interview mostly asking about experience, panel interview with lead engineers from different teams virtually. One of the engineers showed up late to the interview
Went through 3 stages of interviews; brief phone screening with hiring rep, brief phone screening with a technical rep, then a 3-4 hour interview with HR rep, then 2 rounds with different technical project members, ending with 30 minute "lunch hour" with another engineer.

Interview
I was contacted through my university for a rotational program in composites development. I applied online, had a phone screening interview, then they flew me out to Maryland to tour a facility and have a round of interviews. I was part of a large group of people being interviewed, with experience ranging from undergrads to post Ph.D with experience.
