It was 8 miserable hours where a bunch of entitled technicians interrogating me like a criminal. They did buy us lunch at least.
I got an offer but it was easy to see you don’t have 1 boss, you have 250 bosses ready to fire you through your probation period. This place has a bad rep for a reason.
I asked the A&P Facebook group, a current employee in MRO said when he was going through his probation period they were keeping less than 20% of their new hires. the rest was only keeping half. He said it’s gotten a little better. Not great odds. How is this even possible with an 8 hour hellish interview?
