Overall, pretty involved process. Was paid to fly out to their headquarter for three around of interview. Presentation, one on one and a final group activity. Presentation is on a process improvement project you have lead. One on One with three different interviewers. The group activity is about solving a labor shortage problem.

Average and interactive interview process with mostly behavioral questions and one case study at the end of the session in group. They get back to interviewees at a quick rate. Would recommend if you’re looking for a rotational program in supply chain.
