Interview
This was a three part interview. To begin they will fly out each candidate and put them in a hotel the night before the interview. First part of the interview is a presentation in which you present to the hiring managers for 5 minutes and then they ask you questions for 5 minutes. Second part is a one on one interview with each of the hiring managers. About 15 minutes of them asking you question, and then you ask them any questions. The last part is a group activities with the other candidates in which you work together to solve a case problem.

Average and interactive interview process with mostly behavioral questions and one case study at the end of the session in group. They get back to interviewees at a quick rate. Would recommend if you’re looking for a rotational program in supply chain.
