I had one in person interview after speaking to a recruiter at a career fair. It was close to 45 minutes, made up of primarily behavioral/situational questions. The interview was relatively formal, but didn’t feel job specific.

Interviewed through GE Aviation's Women's Leadership Summit. Had to apply & be accepted to the summit first, everyone that was admitted was interviewed for an internship at the end of the event.

I got an email from them asking for an interview. There is one behavioral interview. Pretty simple and nice conversation. They got back to me within one and a half weeks.
