After submitting an application online, I received an email asking to set up a phone interview for the position. An in-person interview was the last step required before offers were made.

Question 1
The interviewer asked about some of my specific past work experiences and how they would apply to the skills required in the communications position. They also asked about a difficulty I've faced in the workplace, and how I was able to overcome it. The questions were serious but personable and not overly difficult!
