I applied online, then several weeks later received an email request for a next-day phone interview. During the phone interview, we discussed general career path information and generally about the sourcing group role. 3 days later, I was offered an on-site interview for a hiring blitz day. When I arrived, there were approx. 25-30 people also interviewing that day for 12 open positions in sourcing. We were each placed in a separate room, and 3 interviewers came by every 25 minutes and each focused on a separate area such as conflict resolution, communication, and time management. They all had their questions phrased 'tell me about a time when _____'. 3 days later, I received a phone interview from the hiring manager considering me for the specific position, who discussed more details of the role, and asked general career questions. Same day, I spent about 10 minutes with the hiring manager's manager, who basically verified some information I'd discussed with the HM earlier. 1 week later, I had an offer. I negotiated a signing bonus for my relocation costs, and 1 week after that I had a revised offer and accepted the job.
